Our sweep pricing depends on a few factors we can only confirm on-site. Mainly how much soot has built up, the type of fireplace, and the accessibility of the chimney. That’s why we start with a free estimate. Once we take a quick look, we can give more clear, upfrong pricing.
Most homes need once a year or every 40–60 fires—whichever comes first. If you burn unseasoned wood, use your fireplace heavily, or notice soot odor, plan to clean before peak season.
Yes—next-day service when available. If you’re flexible with time windows, we’ll do our best to fit you in quickly.
